It was a phenomenal but intense. I went into the class quite intimidated because of the videos. The class was not easy but the instructors encouraged me to work hard and keep my pace. I'm happy that I was able to complete the class and I am looking forward to my next class.

These guys are good! Tough as hell, but definitely get the work done. I like the fact that they push you and don't let you give up easily. It's definitely not your average gym! Glad I found this place.
